The dark Elven King curled a strand of Shu Li’s hair around his finger. “Become my bride, and I won’t eat you.”
After a long moment of agonizing hesitation, Shu Li nodded tremulously. “Okay!”
Later, Shu Li lay helplessly on the bed, two large tears welling in his eyes, sobbing quietly.
Waaah, you promised you wouldn’t eat me!

Each rank had nine levels.
Based on strength, the nine levels were divided into Junior (1-3), Intermediate (4-6), and Senior (7-9).

Each rank is further divided into Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced tiers.
