My name is DOD, and I’m the guy behind WebNovelDB.com – an independent, passion-driven database of web novels and light novels.

Important – WebNovelDB is 100 % legal and family-friendly:
We do not host or publish any full novel chapters. We only show official covers, synopses, genres, ratings, status and community bookmarks – exactly like a library catalog. All content is used for informational and promotional purposes only. We always encourage readers to support the original authors on official platforms. No piracy, no adult content, safe for all ages.

I take your privacy seriously (even if the site is mostly just covers, synopses, ratings and bookmarks). Below is a clear, no-nonsense explanation of what data we collect, why, and what we do (and absolutely don’t do) with it.

• If you create an account, bookmark novels, rate them or comment → we store:
