Synopsis

The people who stayed at school after class are summoned to another world. They were asked to defeat the demon king at the royal palace. The People, who were summoned, were to receive one blessing per person, but the protagonist and another girl did not.
The eyes from people around them become cold and the two of them were driven out by the soldiers and decided to leave the capital and travel. They were rewarded with skills and status more than what the soldiers snatched away.

Editor's Note

💡 The "Pre-existing Cheat." Most summoned heroes get a gift from the Goddess. The MC, however, already had a "special power" on Earth that is incompatible with the Goddess’s blessing. Because he "rejected" her gift, the world’s laws—and his brainwashed classmates—view him as a hostile anomaly. This sets up a "Me vs. The World" dynamic that is much more aggressive than Shield Hero.

"The Goddess didn't cast him out because he was weak; she cast him out because he was a variable she couldn't control. Now, he’s treating her world like a resource-gathering simulation."

*350+ chapters of looting, provoking, and proving a goddess wrong. Read if you dare — but don't expect moral clarity.*

Experience Curve

Ch. 1–20 (The Expulsion): ⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Strong Start. The rejection by the kingdom and the realization that his Earth-born power is superior to the Goddess's "blessings" is a great hook.

Ch. 21–150 (The Empire Building): ⭐⭐⭐ – Controversial Pacing. The MC begins collecting a harem/army of slaves and monster girls. This is where the divide happens: fans love his "no-nonsense" attitude, while critics loathe how he treats his subordinates and "provokes" enemies just to have an excuse to kill them.

Ch. 151–350+ (The Parody/Edgy Grind): ⭐⭐ – Pacing Issues. The story leans heavily into game mechanics (HP bars, minimaps, etc.) without explaining why they exist. The tone oscillates between "dark psychological revenge" and "lighthearted loli fanservice," which can be jarring.

WebNovelDB Review

6 /10
A polarizing "Anti-Hero" tale that feels like a parody of Isekai tropes written with a middle-schooler’s edge.

The Protagonist (MC): 4/10 or 9/10 (Subjective). Depending on who you ask, he is either a "refreshing, proactive leader" or a "hypocritical, sadistic jerk." He often bullies his own allies and provokes legendary beasts just to "loot" them.

World Building: 5/10. It uses "heavy game elements" (HP/MP bars) but lacks the structural justification found in Overlord or Log Horizon. The "brainwashing" plot device is used frequently to justify why everyone hates the MC.

The Harem: 3/10. Critics frequently point out the "loli" focus and the lack of agency among the female leads, who often act like brainwashed fans rather than characters with their own motives.

Reader Archetype: The "Proactive Power Fantasy" Fan. You are tired of Japanese MCs who apologize for everything and refuse to kill villains. You want someone who loots, kills, and exploits his way to the top. You don't mind "trashy" elements or questionable morality.

Not For You If: You value consistent character growth and "heroic" values. If you were bothered by the treatment of slaves in Shield Hero, you will likely find this MC significantly worse. Also, stay away if you dislike heavy "game-interface" descriptions in your prose.

Trigger Warning: Contains slavery, 'loli' harem elements, and a protagonist who actively enjoys provoking and killing. If you're sensitive to dark themes or questionable power dynamics, this is not for you.

Key Information

Main Characters: The Protagonist (A high schooler with a "sadistic" streak and pre-existing Earth powers), Sakura (The fellow outcast girl who follows the MC), The
Power System: Innate Earth Ability + Looting. MC uses a game-like interface (Minimap, HP bars) and can absorb skills from corpses. He is a "Master of Exploitation."
Themes: Anti-Heroism, the rejection of "Divine" destiny, social Darwinism ("survival of the fittest"), and a parody of Isekai cliches.
