Ancient Strengthening Technique is the epitome of "guilty pleasure" in the xianxia genre. It's renowned not only for its fighting but for its extreme attention to secondary skill trees like alchemy or even "mystical" cooking. His "Realm of the Violet Jade Immortal" (cheat space), with its numerous colorful installations and devices, remains one of the most memorable Pocket Realms in xianxia. However, a warning for the reader: the novel dives hard into Harem Genre conventions. The plot often gets ridiculously repetitive as the protagonist hops from one continent to the next. It's a great novel for fans of the "jack-of-all-trades" type of heroes, but be warned.
